My gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, giving the recipient plenty of time to schedule their preferred training session.

Upon purchase, the gift voucher can be either sent directly to you via email or to the recipient’s email address, as specified during the purchase process. Alternatively, you can download a printable PDF so you can personally deliver it.

All gift voucher sales are final and non-refundable. However, they are transferable, so you can gift them to someone else if you wish.

The recipient can redeem the voucher by contacting me to arrange a suitable time to take their course. This enables me to talk with the recipient and ensure they know everything they need before the day and what they can look forward to.
