The Brief
Create a set of photos to be used in the Sales Brochures to sell the new homes in Station Road, Blakedown. The lifestyle photos need to show the local areas to help sell the lifestyle of the surrounding area, create a desire, and showcase the homes as the perfect place to live.
Research
Creating photography for housing developments is an area we have been doing for over 10 years, and it always starts with research of the area. Using Google and Google Maps is necessary for finding the little things that matter in an area. Although we have done housing developments all over the country, this one was on my doorstep and made it an absolute pleasure to use my local knowledge to obtain the photos that would drive the project.
The Results
The photos were used in the brochures, both in print and download ( sample is below) and online, ready for the online searches, which have changed how people discover their new home and area.
